unfortuantely I cant use any template because the USE of templates costs money. about 8$ to be precise. Which sucks but is dealable

On top of that, rearranging the site to make it look more professional ALSO costs money.

If the current site is free then thats good. The site already looks very professional. However if we ever need a template of sort I'm willing to chip in a few dollars.

maybe put this general section (general forum through website suggestions) at the TOP of the page?
just seems like a more sensible format to me...

I recomend against it. I want our guildies to see the site and get into the forums they see. I want the guildies who have problems to do a bit of hide and seak to find this forum. Besides its at the bottom and easier to notice than others. I dont want it in the way. I want the "theorycrafting" forums in the way.
I suggest you remove all of the topics with no posts.
Also suggest you add new topic for people to post what they would like to craft to level profession, or what people would like to have crafted/enchanted.
