End Game for a Frost Mage

As I get closer to level 70 I've been thinking of whats the best armor for a frost mage to go for. As of right now I've been taking armor that gives me pluses to my damage out put getting it up to 400. Along with my talents and a great ability to keep my ass alive I can deal out a good amount of damage when the target is frozen. I know fire would be the way to go for the best damage out put but I've been frost from the beginning. I've tried to respec and just couldn't live with out all my little tricks to keep people away from me. Any information on how to pull my toon together in end game would be grate.

Well really if you have a good tank for endgame you won't need your GTFO skills, But frost mages can be a pretty good addition to end game content...

And yea really stack up on spell hit and spell damage and your DPS will be really awesome for DPS.

Thanks for the info I though I was doing the right thing but just needed to know for sure.
